Selin Grollmann
Selin Grollmann is a PhD graduate student in Linguistics at the University of Bern, Switzerland. Under the supervision of Prof. George van Driem, Prof. Scott DeLancey and Prof. Gwendolyn Hyslop, she works on the description, documentation and phylogeny of the Nachiring (Kiranti) language of eastern Nepal and the Bjokapakha (Tshangla), Lhokpu and Gongduk languages of Bhutan. She is interested in descriptive, historical and anthropological linguistics and takes a functional and diachronic approach to language explanation.
